Ideas for making extra $$$ on the side?

Is there any way you can branch out from what you do as a full-time job? I know I can branch off and do contract work with cities/companies/etc under my own "company" or there's about 5 months out of the year with a ton of opportunities for random events, but it is all related to what I'd already be doing.

Christmas lights sound like they could be promising, also.

Making the plywood cutouts for holidays that go in the yards are a pretty good money maker, also.

Thats $130k a year. Not bad coin at all for a 9-5 job. Hell good amount of doctors dont make that.
