                          I have lots of time in V-35's,33's and A-36's. Some Beechcraft had "single" yokes. I repeat some. All 36's I flew had a duel yoke. The A-36 is a great aircraft. Very stable and has club seating in the back. 4 grown men is no problem for this plane.
                          Either a incapacitated PIC, or mechanical malfunction. The later does not make sense because of no radio transmissions. It almost looks like (just guessing here) that all on board were not awake from what I have no idea. Possibly carbon monixide? Turned the heat on and Possibly muffler leak? With the AP on until 1 tank ran dry and stall/spin?

                          Way too early to speculate.
