There was actually a shark attack on Kona at the beach we were at. They said he was a 13ftr, and had been seen for several weeks. This time he only got a surfers board. They had a helicopter out looking for the shark when we left. Pretty scary too cause I had just got back from snorkling pretty far out.

That's where my uncle always stays. I don't have CHOOO$$$ CHOO$$$ money so I stay in a condo and buy food at Safeway to make breakfast in the room.

Maui is where I prefer. I bring my own snorkeling gear and go to a different spot everyday. Road to Hana is awesome. Molokini is cool too and the luau is a lot of fun. Rent a car and stay somewhere cheap, we barely spent any time in our room.

Peral Harbor, but I'm a WW II history buff. Diamond Head just to walk down the cliff.

The big Island did the lava flow, ( was flowing at the time ). Black sand beaches were rocky. Stay in Helo and not Kona on the big island to save some drive time.

Did the drag races on the big island, kinda limited but you got to remember everything has to be shipped over the ocean.

Watch the traffic, it's a bitch. Roads sucked.

if i had the money to go to hawaii i would definatly pass if up for somewhere cheaper and nicer. There are much better choices out there

I would rather spend my Hawaiian air fair and go all inclusive to cancun Same salt water. Same weather,Most places have same sandy beaches and its muchhhhhh cheaper
