Maybe that's evidence that in this particular case, they are actually more concerned about public safety (namely the safety of the school children) than they are about making money. Sounds crazy, I know, but I'm just throwing it out there to play devil's advocate.

It's not going to stop everyone, but if it generates more awareness, then maybe some of these assholes will stop flying past buses when they are dropping off or picking up kids. That's a good thing.

And we all know that "they" spend a lot more money on much more ridiculous shit.
