where do you want to go to die?

Was discussing it with my wife earlier, do you have a 'homeland' where you would choose to go to spend your last remaining weeks? I was born and raised on the limestone cliffs of the Brazos River on Lake Whitney so I have always expected to go there when I get the feeling that my time might be short.

Where would you go to spend your last time living, within your economic abilities?

I might have missed my point in the thread, the topic is "where" you want to go to die, the place where you choose to spend your dying days. Not the exact spot where you hold to drop the ball.

Try thinking of a/the spot that you could spend hours staring at and hopefully coming closer to peace with yourself.

There is a slight ridge close to the place where the Nolan and Brazos river join, can only get there by a decent 4x4 and it might even be illegal now, that is probably the best sunset spot ever, and was the place where I asked my wife to marry me at, that would be a certain place that I would hope to see before I became terminal.

Watching the sun rise over the river at plowman creek on the Brazos park is another spot.

Anyone else (other than 50cent and the braindamaged 2 live crew?
