Good job! I hate seeing those fuckers out there. I have seen the LEO's here in Burleson tagging them at the Alsbury bridge and I35W.
I saw a begger and yelled for him to come over. I told him I did not have any money for him, but I called the police and maybe they can help him out. Should be here shortly.

If you'd like to come ride for a shift, I'd be honored if you could point me to a bank robbery, rape, or murder in progress.
If I had the keen ability to sense crimes in progress, I'd be Clark Kent..

Actually, I'd love to go on a ride along some time to see for myself what you guys have to deal with. I think we all have an idea, but would be much different to see it from the officers perspective.

I once observed one at the 635 / NW HWY exit punching the crosswalk as soon as the light turned green in an attempt to short cycle the lights. Does that even have an effect on the duration of the traffic cycle?'06 STS-V '86 GN

They do the same thing with door to door sales people. My street is the first one after Winscott so the peddlers start on it most of the time, they usually don't make it more than two houses before the police are there asking questions. Other than the steak guys none of them ever make it to my house, they are a lot faster than the magazine and Kirby people. I do get hounded by roofing guys in the spring but they are stealthy, they just pull up in trucks and start walking around.
