I've been in a few of the smaller towns out here and I see one decently dressed guy(they've all been black guys for some reason) at some random intersection with a little bucket with a sticker on it. The sticker is too small to read until they are at your window, begging. And they're doing it in the middle of the week, not like the "legit" fill the boot guys that normally collect on a weekend.

It always seems a little shady to me...

A little off the subject, but I was south of San Antonio yesterday gassing up with my Border Collie in the back seat and the windows down. Got back in the car, and some dildo walks up.

Its usually a city ordinance against pan handling, pedestrian in roadway, or whatever and there is always an exception wrote in to the ordinance for FD and PD. Ours even has to have the truck with them to do it. LOL
