    If they were talking in Spanish and it was me I would have told her deal was off. The only reason they do that is so they can keep you in the dark.

                99.9% of the time this is a scam, but I know of a 57 Bel Air that several people here would recognize that was purchased by someone in Europe via Ebay/paypal and a local shipping agent was used to pick the car up and take it to the shipping yard to make the trek overseas. I told the owner at the time he fucking nuts for even agreeing to go forward with the deal, yet he was unphased. He had the money in the bank for a few weeks before the car even left his possession. I wonder what that old pile of steel looks like now.

                  That situation works as long as it is a reputable agent who's credintials can be verified before going forward with any sale. I would go this route.
