Hehehe you guys are cocks. The bike that I really want to be riding is in paint for the next week. I should really just calm the fuck down and wait for my bike to come back. Grape don't buy that fucking Gallardo you are not a porn star. Loan me $2Gs so I don't have to go a week on the 500. Hit you back 4 weeks from tomorrow.

Um , why so much into a 401k? You can't get it out without severe penalty or jumping through serious hoops. Just seems , oh, like you have too much tied up in it. I'm not telling you how to live but if you are considering a title loan, maybe you need to reassess.
Keeping some "walking around" money and some cash setback for, let's just call them "opportunities", might be something for you to consider. There is no guaranty you will retire and even less that you socking money with the wolves on wall street will provide for it. Having the things you would like while you are "making good money" is to me one of the rewards for making it.
You can make your own decisions but a triple digit interest loan ain't a very good one to me.Rich

Maybe you could get a loan if you weren't such a rough customer.
Try either tarrant county credit union or penn fed. Tccu will finance you with anything abouve a 500 credit score and only goes off of equifax. Bring 14% down and YOU WILL get financed.Ded

I was completely trolling this thread.
The maximum is $17k/yr. He is 28 years old, so he won't be contributing more than the max.
If he makes $65k/yr he would not be able to contribute 26%. It was a lie and I was stirring the pot to fluster him into selling his commuter bike for $1k.
Carry on.Last edited by Snatch Napkin; 09-26-2012, 01:27 PM.

Good fucking lord.Originally posted by davbrucasI want to like Slow99 since people I know say he's a good guy, but just about everything he posts is condescending and passive aggressive.
Most people I talk to have nothing but good things to say about you, but you sure come across as a condescending prick. Do you have an inferiority complex you've attempted to overcome through overachievement? Or were you fondled as a child?
You and slow99 should date. You both have passive aggressiveness down pat.
