Girl I used to work with had seizures and could feel them coming on. I always helped her through them. I just cleared out her cubicle of chairs and other crap so she could lay down and then lined the edges of the cube with jackets so she didnt smack her head on the base. Nothing more you can really do. Sure as hell dont put anything in their mouth or try to restrain them.

When I was 12-13 a friend of mine had one during Sunday morning service at church. I remember the guy started saying the preachers name over and over and I thought he was being rude and interrupting the service. Then my dad got up and ran over to him and laid him down on the bench. My dad just gently crossed his arms, pulled him up on his side and propped his head up so his neck wasn't twisted. The pastor came over and helped and they just waited until he stopped convulsing. Afterward my dad taught me about what to do and not to do when someone was having a seizure. He said to make sure some jackass doesnt stick something in their mouth or try to hold them down with force. The poor guy had a seizure about a week later while in the shower and died. We had both just been baptized about 2 weeks before then.
