I have an LG seperate set but mine is gas. Very pleased with them. Mine sit far enough away from the living area i dont hear them when the laundry room is shut, but they can be loud when at full speed.

Edit because Brent is my Daddy.

I can't speak for that specific one but I have an entry level LG set and it's worked great for 2 years so far

The combination ones typically have very long drying cycles if that bothers you aka 3-4 hours to wash and dry.

Supposedly they use less energy. Maybe not so good for large family always doing laundry, I sort of wish I had got one thou since I typically only do 1 load of laundry a week.

                They use less water-detergent
If you can wait until mid november you will find great deals (shop around)
And try getting 4.0 c.u ft much easier to fit KS sheets conforters and a weeks' worth of dirty laundry if your schedule get's crazy.
