    I read a study that said something like 19% of victims of card fraud used the passwords 1234, 1111, and 0000.

        I'm often floored by customer's simplistic password schemes. I understand theme or other schemes, but they'll have 1 password for every...single...account, network device and so forth. No RADIUS, AAA and all that jazz.

        It's becoming less and less common, but they are still out there. Although, all the various audits for banks/credit unions do help in this regard. Have not seen a -bad- setup in recent years in a local bank. Some that did not meet requirements (which was our job to fix), but still a ton better than 95% of the "hackers" out there could exploit.
