I went once to the stadium, parked in Plano for $25 and walked to it (exaggeration). Then once you get inside you had better hope you parked on the side nearest to your seats. If not, you will have to walk all the way around the stadium just to get to your seats. Not that difficult except only the ground floor concourse circles the entire stadium, the upper levels are separated by "pass" only clubs or lounges...forcing you to find another way around...usually going back downstairs, walking around, then back up stairs to where you were trying to go

A smart person would have done research before going, rather than shooting from the hip. That way you know where your seats are, what gate you need to go in, and where the closest lots are. It's not fucking rocket science.

As for food - It's in line with what food costs at every other professional sporting stadium or arena around the country. Everyone loves to whine about food and drink prices at Cowboy Stadium, like they are any different any other place. They come off like a bunch of bitter broke dicks that can't afford to go.

Eh, opinions are like Assholes, everyone has one, knows one, and they all smell

BTW- the tickets I received were a surprise from an acquaintance whom was not able to make it...I had a 2hr window to find people and get going...

Also, the Texas Rangers have MUCH better prices that any other sport venue...so the Cowboys are not exactly 'in-line' with all other professions as stated in your post

It would have taken 3 minutes on the website to figure out the seating, gate, and parking situation. I don't go to any sporting event or concert (and I go to a ton) without having done this prior. Then again, my pubic hair is smarter than 90% of the people on this board.

Beers at AAC are $8. And by averages, yes, they are in line. If you'd like to continue to talk out of your ass on topics you have little knowledge of, I'm on a conference call for the next hour, and have nothing but time to post examples proving you don't know shit. Baseball is generally cheaper around the nation, than football, basketball, and hockey. No surprise. Averages still show that the pricing is in line with the rest.

There are several resturants that offer a park and walk, you eat there and you place the reciept in the dash and you get to park for free. The walk aint bad and and you don't have to give daddy Jerry any more money then you have too.
I suggest getting there 3 hours before hand, you park, eat something and then make the trek to the stadium. You want to be sitting down an hour before the game, theres a lot to see (take some binoculars).
Daddy Jerry has bitches dancing on poles (west end zone), HDTV and the A/C's running. A lot of people bitch, but this place makes Texas Stadium feel like a roach infested section 8 apartment. The outer parking is OK and you can get one of them clowns on the bike/rickshaw for a few bucks to take you to the gate.

You and Lyn have fun Rob!

I know a few places there in Lincoln Square did an eat and ride deal last year. Like spend $40 in their restaurant, you could park there and they'd bus you to the stadium. We'd go park off Division at one of the used car lots they convert to stadium parking on game day. Think it was $25 to park, plus they had hot dogs and burgers and drinks out back, then you'd hop a shuttle that dumps you right across the street from the stadium.

I'll be there. I usually get there about 2-3 hrs before. Some of my buddies tailgate in lot 13 area, but I'm on the otherside this year in lot 15. There will be a stage on the East side before kickoff with some pep rally cheerleader shit happening. I usually just hang out and mingle. Where abouts are you sitting?

At a cost of over 1 billion dollars, I would hope so. Wikipedia says Texas Stadium was 35 million or 200 million with inflation.
