I get 6 weeks of PTO a year, and 3 floating holidays. I only take 2, maybe 3 weeks of it per year, and the rest rolls over per Cali law. I've got more PTO saved up already that I'll never use, and what sucks is they won't pay me for any of it.

Same thing happened to me with a 93 Cobra. Spent days negotiating, finally came up to his asking. Then get a text as I'm hooking up to my trailer to go get it "Hey man, I'm keeping the car".

Yea I hear you man. I didn't even beat him up on the price. When he contacted me he said he had the car listed for 16k for over a month with no bites and that he was lowering the price to 14k. I agreed to that as I thought it was a fair price.

And free health care, dental, and a 4 day weekend nearly every month! Hours can be a bit harsh though.

I get 30 days PTO every year to do whatever I want with. I've told my boss on many occasions that I'm not coming in, I'm playing a new video game.

With that said I'm hourly.. I'll work a Saturday, or 15 hour days to make up for missing and not use any PTO.
