This is roughly a few miles from the house (on Teel near Panther Creek), so I will be putting this use. Should be open sometime in October.

Saving for an expensive bike seems like an excuse. If you really have the desire, plunk down $200 for a craigslist bike and ride. Stop putting it off.
Can you really justify a $1,000 bike? I know a lot of folks that ride enough to, but can YOU?
My buddy gave me a free, shit mountain bike. I ride the fucking wheels off it, and have a blast.DE OPPRESSO LIBER

I spent some money on a Specialized Hardrock 29 and it's been great. I live right by the Richardson Bike Mart in Frisco, so this is pretty close to me. We should have some sort of get together there at some point so I can show everyone how out of shape I am!

That's bad ass guys! Glad to see more trails popping up in the Df-Dub. Hopefully I can take my mtb up there one time and get to riding trails out there.Last edited by chuckacosta; 09-19-2012, 12:15 PM.

I don't have that luxury nor do I care to waste money on a $200 craigslist bike that's going to have cheap components that won't hold up to the elements over time. I'm not new to bike riding by any means. I raced road bikes for a couple years right out of high school and I know what I'm looking for, so yes, I can justify spending $1000 on a bike. I also know that I'll ride the wheels off of a bike when I get one.How do we forget ourselves? How do we forget our minds?
