      Upolstery is high anyway, but I think he is fair and he a true car guy also .If you want to PM me your # , I'll text you some pics.

        If anyone needs recommendations in the Garland/Rowlett area I have a couple. One is high as shit but he's old school and well worth the $$$$. The other is high as shit but his prices are low!

          Have you checked out the old guy on highway 66 in Rowlett? When I used him 6 years ago he took me in the shop and taught me how to do it (headliner) myself.

            Yup, Johnny Tovar and his wife are great, great folks! I've seen him do some big $$$$ stuff. He's a good ol dude.
