So we thought we would go out to get some food at Johnny Carinos out here in mesquite but apparently they're tearing the sumbitch down idk why, maybe someone here does. So, in the mood for some Italian food, the closest thing to us was Olive Garden. I didnt know what to order so I just got whatever looked good in the pic. The food gets to our table and the first thing I notice is the noodles. They were that thick, cheap ass noodle that they used to serve us in grade school and the sauce taste like ragu. Everything about our meal was lousy. I couldn't even finish my food, neither could my kids and they'll eat anything! The waiter asks if everything was OK, I told him yes but the food was horrible. I see the people around me eating away having a good time so I wonder if anyone here like that slop they serve at this restaurant. Even the damn sweet low was a cheap rendition. We ended up going to freakin Wendy's like I suggested in the first place.

That's funny. We just hit the Olive Garden in Rockwall, and I also thought it was pretty bad. I'm not a tight-ass by any means, but for the money, it was not good. There are way too many choices out here for me to want to go back.

Olive Garden has taken a sharp decline in the last couple years. I will no longer eat at Olive Garden.

I'm no food snob either nor am I a cook by any means but if I can cook the same meal at home better than these fools, I would probably have done so. That's why I don't do 5 guys burgers either. I can make that same burger on my George foreman... but that's another story

Had the same experience the last time I went several months ago. It was HORRIBLE, havent been back since.

I'm not an Olive Garden fan, or even an Italian food fan, really. But, their salad and breadsticks are pretty good. I've ordered other stuff there, like the kabobs or steak, and that shit is gross. My chick digs it.

Olive Garden has never been good. But yes, people eat that shit. They even like it. The majority of the population has no appreciation for good food.

That's what the usual when I used to eat there but even this time it was bad. The bread wasn't seasoned and the salad was dressed with some weak ass dressing that had no flavor. I really wish I knew what happened to that carinos in mesquite.
