    Is your car using oil?

There's no way that little FL500S takes a quart of oil!

I dont know if the filter placement on the trucks is the same as the GTs but when you remove the filter on the GTs it does spill out several ounces not to.mention theres over a 1/2a quart in the filter

Sounds like a deal, but i'd be going back behind them checking oil level. Ive done TWO motor jobs at work in the last year because of those shithole places not putting oil back in.

I'm old and it's a PITA to get under the car, take off the belly pan, then you still have to find a place that will take the old oil (all the stores around here always have full tanks and turn you away). It's just easier to pay someone else to do it, and worth the $20-$25 savings to not have to hassle with disposal headaches. Besides, I only change it 6 times a year, so it's really not that bad!

Disposal headache? Dumping it in the neighbors yard is easy.

Yeah I did a similar deal with Just Brakes. Had my F150 7 quart changed and didn't charge me anything.

Actually, that's not a bad idea, at least for one of them.

I will always change my own oil, no matter how cheap someone else will do it. I've had too many places fuck up in the past. I would rather have peace of mind.

This right here, you just can't trust anyone these days. I do it myself and I know its done the correct way. Its sad really, you would think that something as easy as an oil change job would be done correctly.

If you want to, you can pay me $100 and I'll do the changes for you
We use royal purple hps full synthetic. Its really good stuff. At 15k, we switched to fs, you absolutely could feel a difference. 8 quarts times $9 a quart plus filter and tax will put you around $100. I'll take the free labor if you wanna do itm
