Ok I will try to keep this simple and also none of these individuals are me but it is a question facing the family and I can't find anything on this on the internet. All of this is in Texas just 3 different countys. Person A owes $750 to person B but does not pay and is about $15000 behind yes deadbeat. Person C has child with A accident but child none the less and owes person A $215 a month in child support. Will the child support from C be rerouted to person B and applied to the drastic nonpayments of A? I know it is weird and a little Jerry sounding but I told you I would try and keep it simple. Thanks in advance.

It temporary till the custody hearing it's really long drawn out explanation but essence is the guy left while she was at work took the kid and then filed for child support and the judge doesn't want to rock the boat till all the facts are presented.Comment
