Yeah, already guilt of that mistake in late 2006. Guess all those years living in the cheap as dirt condo caught up to me.

Yeah, I sorta made that mistake too. Luckily my now ex-wife bought it before we got married. Community Property state FTL (for her)

It is behind the house so you don't see it. It is nice though if you have people over or if you want to work on your car, it is all concealed. No one fromt he street can see the shit in your garage, if you are working on your car, have people over or if you are hacking up some broad..

Here is an example of what I am referring to, red arrows is the garage.

But if you don't have the room, people are going to fill up the streets and really limit the ability to drive through the neighborhood.

And I agree on the parks. I try an take my pup on at least 1 walk a day, and parks/sidewalks/green areas make it way better.

I don't think he's moving in with buddies - much less fat, wide ones.

Most people I talk to have nothing but good things to say about you, but you sure come across as a condescending prick. Do you have an inferiority complex you've attempted to overcome through overachievement? Or were you fondled as a child?

You and slow99 should date. You both have passive aggressiveness down pat.

lolz, it actually took me a minute to figure out what he was talking about, especially since you don't see alleys much in this area.

The not wanting room for 6 or 7 cars is just a joke, as I would be likely to fill that space with a bunch of unneeded projects that would never end.

If that fails I am sure you can lease that space out for Don's rare Festiva collection.

It's all about location. We are trying to be really picky for our first home. We have it narrowed down to one neighborhood or the country in forney.

We made an offer a few days ago and pretty much had a verbal agreement until two hours later, another offer came in and now they want a bidding war.

I don't want to have neighbors lighting crosses on fire on my lawn for sending their property values into the toilet.

I'd tell them to get bent. It isn't like there is a shortage of homes for sale out there right now, unless it's just something very specific to your tastes and hard to find.

                                I'd lower my offer.
