How do you file a complaint against a post office supervisor?

This guy just tossed our mail at my wife and said if we want it in our mail in the future to move our car next time and drove off. What he failed to understand is this wasn't even our car. Is there a way to file a complaint against a postal employee who happens to be s supervisor?

Nope. Supervisors are the highest chain of command for Postal workers.

LOL UPS just throws the boxes at my door. Did you see him toss the mail at her or is this just a woman PMSing. Rest assured if you file a complaint nothing will be done and next time there is a car blocking the mailbox you won't get shit. They don't have to leave the mail if a car is blocking the mailbox.
