They only reheat on the grill.

Everything "smoked" in smokers in driftwood, then reheated and or sauced over an open flame there. Same as the driftwood location. I say "smoked" because it's done in electric smokers.

If you cook a brisket on a grill you might as well do it in your oven. BBQ is smoking in a wood smoker at low temperature for long periods using real wood. Cooking over open flame is grilling not BBQing in Texas.

Had lunch at Casino El Comino and was not impressed at all. Had the Amarillo burger and there just really wasn't anything great about it.
