value of gt500 wheels

found a guy selling a set of 2008 gt500 wheels with tires in a package with the 14inch brembos. Wheels are supposed to be in good condition but need new front tires. I only want the brembos but thought that if i can score the set for a good price then I could just unload the wheels. I've seen the brakes go for about 650-750.

Well I want to pay 0 but I really want the brakes that they come with. I know the value of the brakes but not the wheels so I'm wondering if I can get a good enough deal on the package that I can unload the wheels easily.
