i just spin the shit out of the handles. apparently this is frowned upon by serious players as i got in a verbal confrontation at a bar with some gents that took great offense to my "style" of play. and by "style" i mean not knowing what the hell i was doing.

There is a table where I go hang out. All my friends play this way so I just chuckle and let them have their fun. We all had to start somewhere. LOL

I slipped into clicks in Arlington some years ago and I guess they were having a little tourny. I asked the guy at the main table if he would mind if I slipped in since I havent played in years. He says sure I need the practice and sorry in advance. After his fifteen minutes of wrapiing the god damn handles I proceeded to destroy him. He was mad as hell and the guy running the tourny walked up and said hey you interested. I said no I am to out of practice and laughed as I walked off.

I don't smoke, or drink anymore so I havent played in awhile. I would love to have a table at home, but Im sure I would never play it.

I've been playing for about 10 years now. Screw the ramps! I just passed through my old fav bar in San Marcos several weeks ago and some college kids were playing. I felt some sort of sick gratification beating the piss out of all of them. Wish I could play real soccer like the foosball. The loud "pop of the tin followed by, "man, I can't even see the damn ball!"

The loud tin bang can not be beat! BTW I have a decent table for sale now that I bought this one. I think of the single goalie vs 3 man goalies like pool tables. The 3 man goalies are like the shorter bar pool tables, not as challenging, still fun for the average player. The one man goalie is like a regulation pool table, it takes more skill to make a shot. If you can play one man you will prob dominate 3 man goalie.
