I am sitting in my living room last night and my doorbell rings @ 9:50 pm. First of all everybody that knows me, knows not to come over without notifying me first. Everyone knows and pretty much stick to this, so I am on high alert when I hear my doorbell ring, I yell "who is it"? the person says "Jerome, I am at my cousins house next door can I borrow jumper cables"? I say " I dont have any F*ckin Jumper cables go away!" So I hear a car radio and decide to look out the window, and see the cars interior light on and the same as**ole standing outside his car playing around his car with another jackass, If your battery was dead is it possible to have your radio blasting and interior light on? I then decide to call the cops and let them sort it out. The cops pull up and check them out and tell them to leave and dont be ringing doorbells this late. I think these assholes were tryng to case my house before they kicked in my door.

I moved here back in '06. Don't worry, it's not that bad. Just your typical big city stuff - really depends on what neighborhood you're in. Where did you move from?
