they are pricey! for what they are at least. Nissan hardbodies still draw $4k plus, same with some tacomas.. I'd say the older the better on one of those to keep cost down
I know TCC uses the crap out of them. Some of them can hold a respectful amount in the bed, you can make the bed lift up to dump stuff out, and/or the sides of the bed fold down to make it a flat bed.
I've researched them before; there are a few mini trucks forums out there. The brands that are good are just like their cars Toyota > Honda > Suzuki> Daihatsu > rest

Either you are thinking of the wrong mini truck or I am. OP did you mean those tiny 3cyl trucks or an actual commuter vehicle?
I think they are talking about the little mini trucks you see around college campuses, the Daihatsu's and Hinos. Like clown car small.
