I'm guessing since this happened in Jacksonville and the fact that he looks like a Marine is causing the speculation. Jacksonville (shithole) is a huge Marine town. The way things are going right now in the MC this guy will probably get court martialed and kicked out. They only thing he has going for him is that it appears he is MARSOC. If hes an operator, well, things might just "go away." Would also explain the "rough night," MARSOC's been having a real rough couple months. Not excusing him, there's no excuse for that
