need help with someone's info please

Looking to see if anyone can help me find out a name and address from either of these numbers. 940-442-1076 or 940-442-8117. Sold a truck to someone and now its on ebay and i need to file a form to take it out of my name but the dmv lady said i can't file it without the guys info. Any help would be much appreciated.

You don't need their name just fill out online with just your info. Sir you didn't do it when you sold it you can only put todays date as the sale date.
