Where can I buy a "Do Nothing Machine"?

Long story short, my dad has been wanting one of these for a loooong time, and I don't have the time or resources to make one. Can't seem to find much on the interwebz either... So I come here to the masses....

Ok, again, I don't have the resources to make one... I don't have a shop, garage, saw, sander, nada. All of my shit is in storage, and I am 6 hours away from it. I have a bed and a computer. Nothing else. I would like to find somewhere to buy one if possible.
