Of course I did, but I figured it was a once in a lifetime chance to get back to my home state while seeking a career that is based on contacts and roots deeply seated in the area you studied in.

There were other reasons, but I was able to use work and a disdain for studying to justify walking away.

        • If I had a chance to do it all over again, I would focused on being the best damn punter ever. Those guys make easy cash and have no stress.

Ray Finkle would counter your claim about stress.

                  • I would 100% change my ideas I had right out of high school - I was so glad to get out of school, that I was NOT going back!! (degrees, college etc).

I got a 'job' right out of school that I stayed at for 13 years, and kinda got locked into 'working with my hands'. That part I am thankful for, as it's a lot of what got me to where I am today with cars, fab work, machine work etc.

Having said that, I'd lean more towards a good education and practicing law, or maybe something to do with business, finance etc.

Most kids don't realize and don't care - if you don't start working on your future in high school, you will spend the better part of your maturing years looking for your place in society.

What accredited universities offer an online bachelor's degree program for healthcare/hospital/health management?

First it was going to be business, then chemistry/microbiology (not everywhere offers, "food science," so that was a good combo to cover the bases), and now, I'm 30, and I'm going back for a degree in Accounting. I don't really care what I do after that, but after 6+ years in manufacturing, it better be closed at night, on the weekends, and be full of people trying to leave early on Friday. Fuck this 24 hour party people nonsense. OP: If you got a geology degree, you could do analysis for oil companies. That might be lucrative and interesting.
Where are you getting your accounting degree from? I was looking into that but southern new hampshire was the only accredited online university that had a 100% program online.

If I were to go back 15 years I'd have gotten my degree in either engineering or some form of mathematics. My BA in psychology is a fucking joke. I've just got to figure out my oil-field exit plan for when this bubble busts eventually.

You will need a masters to get into administration. UTA has an online Masters in Nursing Administration/Healthcare Management. Not sure if they do Bachelors or not

In all seriousness, for the most part enjoy what I'm doing now. I would really to be an educator but that doesn't pay dick.
