sprint sucks

since sunday my phone is going in and out of roaming 200 times a day. text message times are wrong sometimes, connectivity issues, and zero bars.
i have...
gone in store twice.
called sprint about every day since sunday
attempted their chat feature on their website which never works because its back logged
posted on their website and no techs have responded.

last i was told is network issues and i will have to continue to wait.
my other phone on my plan works fine. any suggestions

I had Sprint for 10+ years and about six months ago we starting to have signal strength issues at home, and when you have no landline that won't do. Sad thing was the service everywhere else was great.

yeah, their network is a bit of a mess right now. Give it some time though while they are upgrading. DFW is supposed to be finished in November. It was spotty for me for a little while, next thing I know 3bars of 4g coverage.

Basically they are probably in the process of upgrading the towers in your area and should be finished in a 1-3 weeks.

About 2 months ago the apparently ONLY tower that covers Red Oak/Glenn Heights, Ovilla area was upgraded over the process of about a week and for the most part service was almost completely unusable during that time. At first my phone showed almost no signal as the only other tower was near Waxahachie. When they first brought the local tower back online I showed full signal on my Evo 4G and data worked but for 3 days I still couldn't make or receive calls.

My contract with Sprint expired last month. I wanna jump on the Galaxy S3 but im still deciding on if I want to stay with Sprint or not. Theres no dam labor day specials!
