Question about NAS-JRB Ft Worth

Does anyone know if the base has a auto hobby shop? I fly in to Ft Worth in almost 2 weeks and will need to change the oil in the Boss right away, and I'd rather do it myself.

Also, if you do know if there is one, a Phone number to the shop would greatly help!

yes they had a very nice one when i was there in the airforce. great place and setup. but they dont allow civi's in fyi

Yep get in the left lane going in the main gate. Right after you enter take the first left and it will be on the left across from the fuel farm.

I swapped out the torque converter on my 04 at that Auto Hobby Shop.

They do allow civilians, if they have legal access to the base. This includes employees on base, military spouses and family, military retirees, etc.
