Dad diagnosed with advanced pancreatic cancer

Crazy how fast a year can go. I remember talking about him getting diagnosed and how fast it all progressed.

Just now saw the thread. Sorry for your loss. I read the whole thread last night and it brought back memories of seeing my Grandpa for the last time in a hospital bed in MD Anderson dying of prostate cancer 13 years ago. Makes me wish I was able to spend more time with him before he left like you were able to.

Sorry for your loss. I also lost my dad at 66 to pancreatic cancer June 17 2011. It took 2 months and 12 days from date of diagnosis to passing away. It is a vicious disease. He was a strong Irishman all the way through and never showed that he was in pain. I did get to spend some time with him before he passed and am thankful for the conversations that we had.
