335i is small (especially with rear facing childseats). Fun to drive, needs an LSD though... The early gen had fuel pump issues as well as wastegate problems. Those are, afaik worked out.

Pontiac G8 - around the same money as a nice 06-07 CTS-V and IMO, looks better.

Back seat is bigger but only comes in auto unless you spend the extra $$$ for a GXP.

Good choice if you can deal with a puntiac.
