called Saturday and placed an order for a new phone. I specifically instructed the sales agent to ship the phone to my new address, she assured me she would.
Today I track the phone and it was sent to my old address.
I called AT&T at 9:32am this morning to resolve this, and it is 12:16pm and I am still on the phone with them and they are telling me they are sorry their associate made a mistake, but that my only options are to:
1- Drive 12 hours and go get the phone at my old address
or
2- Allow them to retrieve the phone, have it shipped back, processed, then once processed call back in and re-place the order. (6-9 business days overall process)
All I can say is fuck AT&T that is shitty customer service...........
