Best car for under $15k

Funny.. I daily drive an 06 Civic Coupe since we had the baby and my silverado sits at the house.... Its a giant piece of crap with only 94k on it... I've probably sunk 1500 into it this year alone to keep it on the road and it still rides and drives like shit. I will never own a four wheeled honda anything after this.

Yeah that seems to be the case. I'm hoping to ultimately go with the Focus Hatchback. If I didn't want a truck after the wheels fall off my 1995 camry, I would for sure look into getting a focus.

If you go down to that range...C5 Corvette. 24mpg if your careful. 30mpg highway.

Bought my wife a 2012 Chevy Cruz with the 1.8 Eco. She gets 430 miles out of a tank. We just took a trip to Galveston, drove 75-80 almost the whole way, and still averaged 31mpg.

Hers was $17,900 but I think you can get base models a bit cheaper.

Well, according to the political forum a Black African Muslim America Hating Socialist is the president, so, I suppose stranger things have happened. Although, it's still hard to believe.

I sold my last civic with a quarter million miles to a bud who has since put another 100k on it. Excluding the typical maintenance items, (oil, tires, brakes, etc.) I think I put under $200 into it in unexpected repairs.

After putting the 4th motor in my buddy's civic i won't touch a honda product with four wheels. I have a friend with a forte coupe and it's a nice car. Her was more like 21 or 22k though.

My sister has a 99 Altima that's been in the family since 2000 and has probably been the best car we have owned. Only issue I can remember is a couple ball joints and cv shaft from my sister nailing a curb

Didnt the 07-08 CBR1000RR have issue with rings and burning oil? I think they even sold them dirt cheap for a while like 6500.00 new. Poor Honda is just not what they use to be.
