    Nicorette lozenges

    Ok decided to quit smoking. Like I want to this time. Got some lozenges . They work fir the most part. Box says 20 to 30 minutes to dissolve . Its taking like 1 to 2 hours. Anyone have experience with this stuff.

    I've taken a break from smoking a few times and the only thing that worked for me for the longest period of time was the medication Chantix. I didn't have those side effects that some people claim and I was smoke free after a week. Took the meds for 2 months although they suggest 3 and I was smoke free for 2 years.

    I got big as a house though so if you're already on the big side or like to pig out you better have a work out plan in place.
