Maybe I can help chime in on this. As a recent high school graduate, I will assert that 90-95% of my class has smoked or regularly used pot. Hell, I had a teacher that came to class smelling of pot on occasion. My english teacher actually told one of his other classes that he hated our class (1st period) because at least half of the class was stoned on a regular basis. It's now cool to smoke pot, and frowned upon to smoke cigs, well unless it's a drunk one. 100% of our class graduated though, so who knows.
