  • Ecoboost and IRS in the 2015 mustang confirmed by ford

An unnamed Ford executive has confirmed what most of us already know: the next Mustang will get an EcoBoost engine, a high-output V6, and an independent rear-suspension. But what else does Ford have planned? Read past the break to find out.

Just another victim of a world economy. We have to change what we produce to make money over seas. I guess the 14's are going to be selling like crazy.

"Ford brass". I'll believe it when I see it, or someone at ford wants to go on the record.

That would fit with the 5.0 based GT500 rumors floating around.

The "nano" V6 has piqued my curiosity. It is also interesting that the V8 wasn't mentioned, but I'm not worried to much about that. I'm more worried that the price of the GT is going to go up several thousand.

Saturday, Ed Wallace said a Ford "insider" (take it for what it's worth) told him that the 2015 Mustang would be on the 2-door Jag platform.

I like it. Getting away from the boxy look that has been around for centuries.
