finding a roomate sucks

there are some throwed off crazy people out there. everything from my girlfriend i are looking for a room to rent, to i pretty much stay in my room and play video games all day. and my fav, i can't pay rent the first month, but i start a job in 3 weeks.
surely there is an easier less time consuming way.

yeah, I tried craigslist for rooms to rent in uptown. I just couldnt trust other people, no matter how nice of a place they have.

Yeah, CL sucks or renting. The people I was getting responding to my ad, fugetaboutit. I went with a management company and still clear $200 month. Worth every penny. They handled the MLS listing, background/credit checks, etd.

More often than not these types of people are nasty... Eat/Drink while playing and never clean up the pizza boxes 2 liters that sort of thing.

why are you renting a room? Id rather downsize, or get a 2nd job to pay for a house than deal with living with a stranger
