lulz. Hoping he just won't show. plus i was dead in the middle of a 7 car or so line. i think he's full of shit. Yes, i was speeding. I was going with the flow of traffic, and in the slow lane at that. Fast lane had people going a good 10mph faster than i was.

Try not running a front plate. If that's doesn't help try winking at him excessively while he is engaged in conversation with you. Heard that works too.

High I have received was 42mph over(in town - 77 in a 35) on the 4th of July a few years back. While pulled over, the officer told me he didn't want to give anybody a ticket that day, but since it was so blatant he had to give a citation. Then he told me not to fight it because he would make sure to show up for court for this citation. I was clearly guilty and was actually shocked at how cheap I got out of it. The fine was only ~$260.


My highest fine was for 11mph over - That ran me $360+ since it was in a construction zone.

IMO hire an attorney to fight the ticket. You can pay a nice lawyer fee and probably keep it off your MVR wich will keep your insurance costs down. Keep in mind it stays on your record for 5 years so 1 ticket will cost alot more than $200 in the long run and new higher insurance rates for 2011. No reason to be doing 97mph a steer tire decides its time to blow the fuck up and no way your gonna save it.

Mine was 102 in a 55 on the Dallas North Tollway back in '84. Left my g/f's house in Highland Park at 2 am. Jumped on the tollway and just took off. My dad was so mad. lol. He said(yelled) "what car do we have that will go that fast?" I said "The Cutlass" ('76 Olds w/350). I had got on the DNT about a 1/4 mile in front of a State Trooper. He was pacing me....
