This. I had to flip between TW and Grande during school; there's nothing worse than TW. Grande worked and wasn't impossible to deal with, which is far more than I could say for TW.

We had Grande at our old apartment. At one point I cancelled every pay channel we had, and they never turned them off. With my wife's special for managing the apartments, after taxes we paid $25.00 for TV, Internet, and phone.

Grande for internet, I haven't had any issues with them so far.

I'll probably be the only person to say this but I've had TWC for 7 years without any issues. It seems like every year I'm a customer, I get some sort of better incentive than the last one.
