I have this mentality but I just bank anything beyond basic necessity. Instead of cutting expenses I just keep busting my ass to make more money and stuff it in the bank. At my current pace and with a little luck at my job I could retire a millionaire at fifty with a house that is paid off.

The thing is, I don't want to retire, I would get bored. I really want to do big things with money, which means philantropy. I want to leave a legacy to my family and my kids. To me that means I need to start my own company, which is the elusive next step.

I also really want a Gt500 which fits nowhere into this universe of being a total tight ass.
