I'm not sure what I'll do for the 10-15 years I'll be retired after the normal 65 (assuming typical life expectancy), what are you going to do for 30 years?

The monthly difference he would get from his "rental" isn't the only means of income or liquid cash he has available when he retires...Originally posted by Cmarsh93zDon't Fuck with DFWmustangs...the most powerfull gang I have ever been a member of.

Most people I talk to have nothing but good things to say about you, but you sure come across as a condescending prick. Do you have an inferiority complex you've attempted to overcome through overachievement? Or were you fondled as a child?
You and slow99 should date. You both have passive aggressiveness down pat.

Isee where i wasnt very specific in my first post. 2-3 of assets invested to keep principal intact. Rental income would be main source.
1800-2500/mo
Frost, Ive thought about military. That woul help me saving, seeing as how expenses would be minimal. I need to lose weight, and id prefer to finish my degree so i could go in as an officer. I dont know how much pension would be, though.Last edited by sc281; 08-22-2012, 04:07 PM.

As far as how one would like a 5k annual budget, i guess it depends on what lifestyle on is comfortable living. Most would think its sucks out loud i suppose.
Im getting my budget down to a 1500/mo budget, including $350/mo budget for misc fun expenses.
