  • Airsoft?

My son wants an airsoft rifle to shoot in the backyard, anyone know of any airsoft brick / mortar stores in the dallas area? I know I can find the guns all day long online but hard to tell from pictures if something is total crap or not.

Will Academy not work? I saw a Wal-Mart clearancing a bunch out, too.

There is a store in grapevine mills mall that sells a lot of that stuff, I think there is one in The Parks mall too. Does he want a particular style? A spring operated one or an electronic one?

I think some Hobby shops sell them as well. You might try calling some.

Make sure he doesn't leave your yard with it! Too easy for cops to mistake it for being a real firearm.

Academy... But like anything, you get what you pay for. Don't go in there looking for the cheapest one, because, having worked at Academy, they are usually brought back the next day broken. Spend a little more and get a better quality one.

You can't go wrong with a 30 dollar spring pistol.

I would suggest going to the Army Store on Garland Rd or Heroes in Grapevine Mills Mall.

He wants something like those $70 spring powered bolt action sniper rifles or m14 copy. Something to snipe grass hoppers with from 25-30 feet. We're planning on painting it so there's no mistaking it for a firearm lots of blaze orange. Lol.
