    It is illegal to over load a vehicle state troopers I believe have scales so if they see a ford ranger loaded down so bad that the rear bumper is dragging they can roll it on the scales compare the number to the sticker in the door and if it's more write a ticket as the vehicle is unsafe. That being said this is sad i feel so badly that the kids had to die because the parents are complete waste of oxygen and I wouldn't donate a dime to that account. I just hope that some shitty lawyer doesn't jump on it and sue GM since the truck rolled over since it was obvious that it was user abuse and not vehicle malfunction but they will probably make bank.
