In general, Indian and Indian owned restaurants are bad too. Hospitals are usually pretty clean, but I've seen some bad ones. But they are also held to higher standards by inspectors. The rules are the same, but Inspectors can be, and usually are, harder on them.
Funny, one of my reports, an Indian (dot, not feather) will not eat at any Indian restaurant. He has friends that own some, and is always making excuses as to why he can't go eat at them.
I'm not sure I want to check the list above.

There are two Indian restaurants I really enjoy eating at. The same guy owns both. One of them, the kitchen is almost entirely exposed. so they have to keep it clean, or they'd have no customers. The other, I have serious doubts about. But I keep my happy ass out of the back of the house, because I don't want to ruin it. I'm actually working with his architect on the redesign for the second one... I told him I'd sell everything in the front of the house, and if he told me what he needed for the back, I'd provide it. But I'm not going back there to check, or verify shit. Lol. He laughed, I laughed, we laughed. Lmao.
