Review:

I didn't have many cake bites. The person I had pick up the cake from black2002ls thought they were pretty damn good though I did have one, and have to say I agree, it was damn good.

Everyone at the wedding loved both sheet cakes that were made, especially the chocolate cake with butter cream icing. Russell makes the butter cream, and it's apparent it's not from a tub.

I can't say enough good things about Russell (black2002ls), very professional and really delivered on what he said he could do. I'd recommend him to anyone. Thanks again.

I'm having Russell make a cake and 2 dozen cake balls for my daughters birthday party on Nov 17th.

Everyone should put in some orders for cake balls and make arrangements for Russell to come to us for a large delivery in Carrollton

This helps all of us. Russell makes money and gets his product out to potential customers and I don't have to drive to Greenville haha

Sweet treats are cake bites (french vanilla, triple chocolate, peppermint, mint chocolate, and pumpkin), Truffles (peanut butter cream or chocolate cream), white chocolate oreos, I will be making a test batch of bark today or tomorrow

I guess I should check with a mod and get approval to start a thread for this...

what is "Bark"

Chocolate with "stuff" on it. Peppermint bark would be a sheet of white chocolate, with peppermints in/on it. Then its broken up and sold by the oz/lb. Its typically peppermint bark (white choc), then you have the nuts. Chocolate (milk or dark) with nuts on it, pecans or walnuts typically. I've seen other variations, smore's with graham crackers and marshmallows, etc
