Mass shooting college station

News 3 is en-route to an officer involved shooting in College Station.

Reports via police scanner say it's near Fidelity and Highland streets.

It appears that the shooter is shooting from a house with automatic weapons.

Scanner traffic indicates that at least two officers are down.
Details are limited at this time.

IMO though.. gun controll is useless.

if i was a criminal and wanted to go shoot people or rob a bank. i wouldnt obtain the gun through legal methods anyway. So how does "banning" guns impact the people who are most likely getting them illegally anyway?
