Any electrical repair guys around?

We had a power outage on both Thursday and Friday afternoon, and I guess the surge from coming back on blew out my Irritrol Kwikdial lawn sprinkler control box:

I ran a test to the power and it's getting the 24V AC that from the converter, but the box is dead.

Can someone recommend a person to fix it? I'd rather just spend money on the repair than to buy a new box for $130.

I know Bernie Mosfet is into this kind of thing, but don't know if he is interested/capable of doing repairs.

I've had him repair sprinkler heads and I'm sure he can install control boxes, but I did not think he could do electrical repair work. I'll have to check.

Junior just suggested to replace it. It is 9 years old this summer.
